Truong (Jack) Luu is an incoming Assistant Professor of Information Systems at Texas State University (starting Fall 2026) and a Ph.D. candidate in Information Systems at the University of Cincinnati (UC). His research focuses on developing robust frameworks and mechanisms to enhance information privacy and cybersecurity in AI/ML systems, including his UCIP (Unified Concept of Information Privacy) dissertation framework.
